Snowdrops at Painswick
Our first trip of the year and another successful and sociable day out. The snowdrops at Painswick were at their best today. It was very chilly so we started with coffee and most of us enjoyed lovely homemade food at lunchtime. The talk given by Head Gardener, Steve Quinton, was most informative about the history of the property and snowdrops. Even as snow was forecast 30 hardy gardeners walked around to admire a lovely garden.
